doWhile is searching for a Product Owner to manage our product delivery responsibilities towards doWhile customers.

doWhile are helping our customers by proposing and providing solutions that help the customers tackle an increasingly complex in-house software development situation. Or by developing products that directly or indirectly provide value to the customer. It can range from standalone PC/server applications to embedded software and cloud.

As a Product Owner at doWhile, your mission is to get deep into the solutions and what the customer needs are, to provide the direction for the products which truly create value.

doWhile has, since its inception, had our core values as an important building stone to shape our future. They help us define our goals. They guide our actions. They are part of our discussions.

What we believe will help you in your role as a Product Owner:

• Leadership experience, preferably in a multicultural engineering environment
• Wide and deep experience with Continuous Integration
• Have soft skills, such as being open-minded with the ability to take in and acknowledge opinions and wishes. And in addition being able to keep your integrity and make balanced decisions on the vision, goal, and plans, so that the involved development team(s) will bring good value.

We would also like to see that you are speaking Swedish and English fluently, due to the nature of communication needed for this role.
